Pros

Mission-driven. People not in management positions really care about the work they are doing.

Cons

People in mid-to-higher level management positions micromanage to ensure their image of superiority/status is maintained to higher-ups. There is a definite lack of organization and communication between departments and nobody really seems to understand what anyone else in the company is doing.

A few more steps needed to be great again

Pros

The people at Imagine are positive, smart, hard working and caring. You won't find a better work atmosphere in terms of character of the employees. Pay and benefits are good. Supportive of family needs.

Cons

Slow to recognize and react to necessary changes. This has caused frustration and trust issues as well as program performance issues. It is hard to truly understand the direction of the company when so many things seem to be happening at once and yet progress is slow.
