People are amazing in all disciplines - PM, Eng, QA, Design, etc. Products are great

Cons

The company has had multiple layoffs, missed bonus payout, or lack of promotions. This was all due to budget cuts, but it is hard to have that happen to people I am close with.

Company has good growth. Plenty of team members to distribute the workload.

Cons

The teams were very silo'd in my opinion. There was absolutely no bleed over from one team to another even in the same department. You had a job and only that job, no collaboration or giving your idea that could help an issue others were having.
