      Avoid at all costs

      Pros

      While the benefits aren't ground breaking, there are a lot of employee benefits. The Business side of the house communicates a lot Pay is average, but not below average

      Cons

      As a software developer there are a lot of downsides. "Directors and above" think they know everything there is about software engineering and just dictate, not discuss Product Owners and People Leaders don't know much about agile. If you disagree with leadership, you are pushed out. so keep your opinions to yourself. You will have 5 layers of management telling you what to do, plus product owners.

      Poor leadership, poor management of funds and can’t pay their employees properly for their work, “leaders” with personal agendas and who rely on manipulation on a regular basis

      Cons

      Everything else. The supervisor for the rostering department is difficult and hard to get along with. Only white men get promoted. Bonuses are promised, but only the supervisor's favorites get them. No help is ever given. You are expected to know everything.
