Pros

Remote, good people, fairly good industry so you feel you’re contributing to a good cause

Cons

Not a well structured company, definitely just buying companies to use them up for 5 years and spit them out. Morale decrease after many layoffs. Not incredibly transparent, bad management, nepotism, bad communication, no advancement. Worth it to work a while, but you probably won’t learn much after the first year or so.

Pros

Remote, flexibility within the work day (7a-7p), growing company,

Cons

No support from upper management, lack of transparency, Allowance of discriminatory practices from lower-level supervisors. Does not pay employees their worth unless they're in upper management or sales. Teachers are treated as dispensable and undervalued.
