Pros

Remote work, but that's about it

Cons

Insane micromanaging and hours of unproductive time spent in fruitless meetings. My team and I are constantly overwhelmed, and the tasks are just piled on. Teachers, mentors, and instructional services staff are not fairly compensated.

Pros

Remote work options that offered some flexibility.

Cons

The leadership and management were inadequate, making it challenging to navigate the steep learning curve required for the role. In my experience, my supervisor could not effectively teach the necessary tools and concepts. Frequent changes and new strategies each week led to avoidable confusion. There was a lack of accessible support for questions, and responses were often delayed. Additionally, I believe their product is outdated and requires significant updates.
