Pros: Work from home flexible great people to work with no planning etc

Cons

Pros

- Tuition reimbursement - Reasonable PTO - Flexible workplace (though that's common in most software companies)

Cons

- Extremely small severance packages compared to other companies - Poor business planning--mass layoffs and no shareholders to answer to. - Sales bullies product and other departments, sometimes in the form of shouting and threats from leadership.
