Pros

Company is closed Christmas Eve to New Years Day and teammates are supportive and helpful. Imagine Learning has a great staff.

Cons

Every year there is at least one round of layoffs, so job security is low. They restructure a lot so you are constantly in intense learning mode. The pay is great for teachers leaving the classroom unless from a very high paying city but very low compared to others.

Pros

A lot of incredible people work here; every day, making a difference at the organization for the better.

Cons

Incredibly disconnected and out-of-touch senior leadership. Annual layoffs keep ratcheting up, stress keeps escalating, more work with less people. They continue to acquire more products without figuring out the best way to integrate everything. A bit of a Frankenstein of product lines, nothing quite fits together and product silos are everywhere.
