Imagine! is committed to the individuals they serve as well as their employees. We recognize that our salaries are not the driving force when seeking employment with Imagine! We also try to make up for that in many other ways. We offer a great Total Rewards package that includes benefits, wellness, 403b, flexible work schedules, mileage reimbursement, etc.... We are also always looking at Market data to ensure we are keeping competitive with our salaries.

Pros

Very accommodating with schedules, you'll get to work with an awesome population and feel very fulfilled at the end of the day.

Cons

Transparency of policies is low, even sometimes purposely misleading. Middle/upper management is has cliques and as a result there is often a lack of trust from direct care professionals and unless you get in with the cliques, you have little chance of promotion.

Our managers work directly with all of their direct reports to better understand their desires and career paths. We promote not only in the current program, but also throughout the organization as a whole.

Imagine!'s case loads are lower than other CCB's in the state at this time and we have specialized case loads. We are always looking for better ways to distribute and other Best Practices and we invite our employees to share their thoughts. Recognizing this is an issue, we are currently restructuring within that department to try and elevate some of this issue. As always we encourage input and thoughts and continue to look for more productive ways of assisting our employees.
