Great working environment! I felt well supported by all managers and supervisors and I loved the company's culture and values.

Cons

Pay isn't great but the rewards of working for such an amazing non-profit makes up for it.

Pros

Wonderful clients-they really make the job rewarding and keep shift-work interesting and engaging. Flexible hours/schedules with shift work.

Cons

The pay. Direct service doesn't pay, and while Out & About has a high initial hourly wage, it doesn't really increase. There's little incentive to put in 100%, as shift activities can be mismanaged/underplanned.
