Pros

none at all that I can think of.

Cons

Company is falling apart and was told in a meeting that in one year the company will be split up. CEO is leaving and many other high ups as well. The turnover rate and pay are among the worst. Managers will treat you horrible and make your workload impossible.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We recognize that periods of organizational change and transition can be challenging for employees and can create uncertainty, stress, and frustration within the workplace. We also appreciate your candid feedback regarding leadership, workload, compensation, and employee experience. These are important areas for any organization to continually evaluate and improve, particularly in the human services field, where the work is both demanding and deeply mission-driven. Thank you for sharing your perspective and for the work you contributed during your time at Imagine!.

Pros

Good benefits and rewarding work

Cons

Absolutely no accountability for supervisors or upper management. Part of the department was in a meeting when a supervisor went on a tirade that those with "fat cells are going to hell". He is STILL a team supervisor. We were asked not to advocate for ourselves or the size of our caseloads as they continue to grow, making providing quality care almost impossible. There seems to be a few people across the department that carry the extra weight of case management, while others continue to do the bare minimum. No incentive to meet goals, no accountability for meeting goals across the department, low pay, and a bad attitude from supervisors, and the CEO. If you work here, prepare to be burnt out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and perspective. We recognize that workload, leadership support, workplace culture, and accountability all have a significant impact on employee wellbeing and the ability to provide high-quality services. We also understand that employees want to work in environments where they feel respected, supported, heard, and treated fairly. Creating and maintaining professional, respectful workplaces and supporting employees in demanding roles are critically important responsibilities for organizational leadership. Thank you for sharing your experience and for the work you contributed during your time at Imagine!.

Pros

The work is rewarding. You are given daily opportunities to be helping your clients.

Cons

Employees are not shown enough appreciation. Caseloads are too large and when asked for how to advocate for better pay, we are encouraged to write emails to the local government rather than being reimbursed for the hard work we put in.
