      Pros

      Feeling of being part of a team, I never feel like I am all alone. Feeling appreciated and getting recognition for going above and beyond your regular duties. Timeliness and responsiveness of my supervisor, I know I can always count on her to be there when I need assistance. AMAZING co-workers who are always there to help no matter what the situation is, we lean on each other for support and know there is no judgement. The benefits package is great, I just learned about the benefit through our health insurance of lower cost gym memberships, discounts on fitness trackers, shoes, apparel and so much more.

      Cons

      Some of the management in other departments have poor attitudes and lack some leadership skills, often times makes other department staff feel incompetent or berating them.
