Many opportunities to be promoted. I started as a GSR and became an Executive Assistant after 3 months. The culture at IA is the best of any company I have ever worked for. Great work-life balance Flexibility for appointments, specific scheduling needs Great management team that values each employees' opinions Free lunches monthly

Pros

Very respectful and and great company, they value their employees opinions and treat each and every one as an individual. Management is open and receptive to new ideas from all employees no matter what position you hold in the company, because of this personal treatment, retention is high and turnover is very low.

Cons

No personal job growth. Because this is a specialized company filling a specialized niche, growth within the company is very limited.
