Pros

IE provides every opportunity to grow and excel in career. At the same time, it improves in building communication with the peers and conduct team meetings and team catch-ups to discuss on problems and thus promoting persons growth individually along with the organization growth. The managers are willing to help and take out time from their day to delicate it.

Cons

Technology need updates with the fast pace industry. Struggle with multiple review steps and approvals to meet the client deliverable. The projects come with great enthusiasm, but it is hard to keep up with lot of activities.

Pros

IE is a good place to work with friendly colleagues, supportive management. Ensure compliance with the Sops. It’s a place where your work is recognized and appreciated. Overall one can look up to start a career with Imaging Endpoints Good food and health benefit plans. Management encourages open communication, motivates people. Team building through local festival celebrations at office and dinner parties hosted by IE management team. Due to Covid we are missing the team bonding but stay connected thru daily scrum meeting.

Cons

Some manual tasks can be automated.

Pros

Management is pretty flexible when it comes to personal matters and taking time off or work from home. The new offices have really improved my willingness to come in and do my job every day. Office culture is pretty relaxed and my personal experience with upper management is that they kind of have a hands off approach, leaving me to be pretty independent. The massive amount of growth allows for many opportunities

Cons

Inter-department communication could improve. Procedural handling of issues could be more consistent. Problems should be anticipated instead of dealt with on the spot when there could be potentially negative consequences
