      Knowledge hub for the imaging in the clinical trials, some of the best talents in the medical and scientific affairs team. Company have great involvement in medical imaging which had a competitive field with other multinational companies. Good in term of skills development, work culture and opportunities. Imaging Endpoints values each and every employee who are willing to contribute for the company as well as their personal career growth.

      Some days are very stressful and require long working hours. Need to improve on technology.

      Pros

      IE provides every opportunity to grow and excel in career. At the same time, it improves in building communication with the peers and conduct team meetings and team catch-ups to discuss on problems and thus promoting persons growth individually along with the organization growth. The managers are willing to help and take out time from their day to delicate it.

      Cons

      Technology need updates with the fast pace industry. Struggle with multiple review steps and approvals to meet the client deliverable. The projects come with great enthusiasm, but it is hard to keep up with lot of activities.
