The only thing I can think of is that I have met a few nice people who were also unhappy.

Cons

There seems to be a culture where the sole focus is on driving profits without due consideration for employees' wellbeing. Alongside this, there's an environment that allows disrespectful communication and encourages excessive work hours. These factors are contributing to an increasingly toxic atmosphere. The bullying of employees starts from the CEO down to the Jr. Managers.
