Pros

I really enjoyed working at Imation. There are many great people that I work with. I have a great manager. Benefits and Compensation are good. Location is great.

Cons

Many layoffs. Parts of company are being sold. Many jobs are being eliminated. Workloads are increasing for those remaining.

Low compensation Low motivation from upper management Slow decision making Redundant staff at some middle , senior level management contributing nothing ,not capable of their jobs but have been there in Imation for years/decades Long teleconferences , meetings at times leading in no direction
