Pros

Immersion has been very flexible with work/life balance and my work schedule while I finish my last semester of school. There is so much room for career development and I have no doubt that the leadership team cares about my growth within the company. The people are very intelligent and truly believe in Immersion's mission and vision. The work is challenging yet attainable.

Cons

I honestly have no complaints.

Pros

Get to work with really cool haptic technology; work hours are very lax and the people there are extremely bright. Medium-sized company that retains a lot of the cool aspects of a smaller company.

Cons

Not many other interns; social aspect of the company was missing

Tentative leadership with a lack of vision

Pros

The people there were very smart. Everyone wanted to work super hard to make good things happen. The benefits were great.

Cons

The leadership didn't seem to have a vision other than creating patents and then protecting them. When they acquired the medical simulation company they didn't seem to know how to foster and grow that business into what it could have been.
