Pros

Great people, competitive pay, amazing benefits that shows that the company cares about us, holiday pay, opportunities for advancement and growing company.

Cons

There are not many cons that I have noticed other than lack of parking and they are finishing up a huge construction project.

Pros

Great people and equally great benefits. Central location that's easy to get to. Growing rapidly so there's a lot of space for career growth, opportunities to try new jobs in different departments.

Cons

It was hot inside last summer - think they're fixing that though. With a lot of growth comes a lot of headaches, but think it'll be way easier soon.
