      Impact Fire Services has a lot to offer employees as far as development and having a career path. The company is growing quickly which opens a lot of doors for employees. Pay is competitive with a great benefit package.

      Always room for growth (no glass ceiling!) Approachable Leadership. If you want training in your field, it is available. Great benefits including health, HSA, dental, vision & 401k, 100% vested from day 1.
