Exceptional leadership and culture makes Impellam an amazing company to work for, whether you are working for the corporate organization, one of our brands, or as talent working at one of our prestigious client companies. I recently joined the firm from another human capital company, and the difference in the culture is astounding. Your voice is heard at Impellam and your good work is recognized. Pros

-Recruiter was very friendly and prepared me very well for the interview -gave feedback that wasn't sugar coated -managed to get me interview with different site after first one was rough

Cons

-incompetent onboarding procedures -had to pry requirements for jobsite ppe out of recruiter -he botched submitting forms for employee badge, didn't prepare me for what I needed first day, etc...

Good work/life balance. No commute and office politics by working remote.

Cons

Management has little to no communication skills. Very disorganized. No training when coming into a client account. Sink or swim mentality.
