      Some very nice people Car park on site

      Cons

      Managers who try to tell you what to do, but don't have the feintest idea how to do the job ! Praise rarely given - only if there's a problem do some Managers' speak. Hard work and endeavour count for nothing if your face doesn't fit Bullying is a problem - if your face doesn't fit, they'll drive you out. Some "Managers" have NO people skills whatsoever.

      Great training, unfortunate timing.

      Pros

      - They invest heavily in the training of their staff and were a great platform for me to begin a career in recruitment. - Although being a sales environment I still believe they had great values and ethics as a business.

      Cons

      - I joined at a time of big change and my team didn't adapt well which meant I was lumbered with lots of stuff that others didn't want to. My experience left me thinking they aren't the most agile of companies and I'm not sure how they'll adapt as the industry, and world around them, changes. - A lot is expected of you - this is not for the faint hearted. They will invest in you, but they will expect a lot in return.

      The people are really friendly and everyone works really hard. The vision for the company is strong and everyone seems committed to it.

      Cons

      So many offices and locations that it can be hard to get to know everyone in all the brands
