You can leave early because management is nowhere to be found

Cons

No one at the executive level has any idea how to do their jobs, everyone from mid-manager up spend all their time hiding their incompetence. No raises, at all, for anyone.

None they lie and have a bunch of unqualified people running the merges

Cons

They work you very long hours, they fire everyone and get down to one employee who they will take full advantage of until it’s time to merge then they fire them and do not even give them a severance package. They want to look as if they did a good job but they did nothing at all but run away from actually working.

It is a steady paycheck.

Cons

Working on antiquated ERP. No bonuses unless you are upper management. No support from managers when suggesting improvements. The diversity they boast about is a joke (95% of upper management is older, white men). The only time they really "act" like they care about diversity is Black History Month, Asian Pacific American Heritage Month and Gay Pride Month. They only care about how much money they can get and how much work they can get out of their employees while paying the lowest wage possible. Not the worst place to work but I definitely would not refer a friend to work here which is sad because I generally liked my job prior to becoming Envoy Solutions. They ruined a once great company.
