      Pros

      I can count on getting at least 40 hours a week and we work the same 5 days each week. We have Fridays and Saturdays off and don't have to come in until 5pm on Sundays

      Cons

      Overtime is worked at the end of the shift, and you don't know ahead of time what time you are going to get out.
