Pros

I work in a warehouse position at ID. Previously, it’s been my experience that these roles aren’t shown an equal amount of respect within the company hierarchy. But that isn’t the case here. I’m treated no differently than any other member of staff and I feel like my work directly contributes to the company’s success. For these reasons, I would give ID an A+ as an employer.

Cons

The only downside would be how expensive the healthcare is.

Truly an all-around amazing company. The location is great. People you work with are wonderful human beings. Good pay and benefits. Opportunity to learn from the best in the biz.

Pros

I learned a lot while working here. Not just from my manager, but also from my fellow coworkers. It was a good use of my time for almost 4 years, and even though I left, I’m grateful for the experience and would do it all over again given the chance.

Cons

There aren’t very many cons. Nothing really comes to mind off the top of my head. I know on sites like this that can sound fake, but I genuinely can’t think of anything to complain about. Overall, it’s just a really good company to work for and I’m glad I did.
