Pros
Not a huge company, but. Also not very small. After a week or 2 of meeting I'm getting to know everyone. It's kind of like a second family Work environment.. Every wednesday the company provides A big lunch or breakfast. Just to show appreciation. To the employees. It's something different every week. It's always a good and NOT cheap, meal to eat. It's not a very big company, so everyone knows everyone. And everyone seems to get along with each other.
Cons
The main warehouse is very outdated. It's not the cleanest Warehouse by far. And they don't seem to have a system for Pay raises or bonuses. If you don't ask about a pay raise or bonuses. You won't see it.
