Pros
As a new employee, I am struck by how genuine the leadership is at Imperial Dade. They focus on delivering growth and excellence while not losing sight of how vital caring for employees is to success. The organization is quick to make informed decisions. They make you feel like a welcome team member from Day 1.
Cons
Imperial Dade has a strong office culture and flexibility, but you should spend a few days in the office every week to succeed. There is also a 30-day waiting period for benefits (less than in the past), but could still be a drawback.
