Coworkers are extremely friendly and resourceful. Pay is competitive and hours are reasonable. Company is growing - lot of room for growth and learning. Upper management has a TRUE open-door policy. Extremely happy with the role so far.

Cons

Benefits are not bad but could be better. Not much else to be said.
