Extremely demanding work load. 60 hour minimum work week. Every year you are expected to produce much more than the previous year.

Everyone is very friendly and talkative. They celebrate employees regularly.

Cons

Very poor training process. You are expected to just jump in and learn on your own. No accountability for others not doing their work, making your caseload heavier. No printed policies and no consistency on who they hold accountable.
