Pros
-The company is growing fast and rewarding hard working team players. -Several departments are expanding and growing in meaningful, challenging ways. -My department is run by thoughtful, caring , flexible people who want me to grow and respect my opinions. -Culture is organic and comes from the top. People are very human and caring, especially if you are a conscientious team member. -Compensation is mostly competitive
Cons
-Some departments are better managed than others. -Facilities are iffy because parking is terrible and we need more bathrooms because our staff has grown so much. But on the other hand we have a gym that is free to use!
