      Product group is a hot mess. Product owners don’t know what they’re doing. There’s not even a product roadmap! They say they use a Kanban approach to IT but they don’t even know the first thing about it. Everything they do is done on a shared drive including the systems for their operations. I’ve never seen a thing like it. They need to step into the 90s. Things are that antiquated.

      Decent pay, excellent coworkers, biannual bonuses, tuition reimbursement, extra perks (fitbit provided with insurance, holiday gifts, etc)

      Cons

      Even though I work at Corporate, not very much exposure to other people outside own department, no hazard pay for working though all of Covid-19
