Cons

Particular branch suffered from favoritism, no real recognition for working above and beyond, and no opportunities for advancement. Compensation was not the best for what was expected of you.

Relaxed environment. I have made really great friends while working here.

Cons

I wish I could take a vacation without feeling like my boss is mad at me for asking. I wish I didn't feel obligated to come in when I'm not feeling well. I only took 4 days off in the entire year of 2015
