High tenure among employees (20+years on average), high pay for my role.

Cons

None honestly, they are very open to any constructive criticism and there are no micromanagers (at least at my branch). Only negative I have is I wish I could use my personal/sick days for things such as car issues, which is the only time I really ever take off work.

Imperial PFS is a great company with lots of room for personal growth and development. The Executive Team is very approachable and cares about employees. The training program is fantastic and team members are always willing to help.

Cons

Premium Finance is a tough business and can be confusing and overwhelming to understand at time.
