      Biannual bonuses, 401k, annual performance reviews which will determine raises

      Cons

      Horrible workplace culture, lots of bitter middle aged women acting like they’re in high school. They gossip about each other and seniority has them thinking they don’t have to do what they are paid to do.

      Some very nice people work there - ownership is horrible. Management clueless, no advancement only more work lots of work - work through lunch, stay late, no one cares, always more work no pay increase unless you’re a favorite

      Cons

      Aggressive, discriminatory language, assaults, drunks & drugs, Toxic hostile work environment. White male ego dominate, favorites dont have to follow rules others are treated to verbal assaults straight from the top. VERY shady practices
