They have a great work life balance and excellent benefits.

Cons

Not being an established company they are still victims of shareholders, thus making job sustainability a little volatile.

Pros

I love working at Impinj. Like the title suggests, employees are treated with respect and dignity here. That doesn't always mean things are nice, but you can expect fair, honest and respectful feedback from your colleagues here. We have weekly meetings with the leadership called "Bagel Friday's". You'll find insights for how your work is connecting to the company's initiatives as well as updates on the business and company culture.

Cons

Impinj is growing and maturing as an organization. Some people that had more spotlight in the past can find themselves in a sharing credit more recognized to team efforts.

You can make a difference *Everyone is treated with respect

Cons

* Impinj has all of the components for me that make for a great company. I like the product I sell, our Corporate vision, the people I work with and my customers. I have no cons at this time.
