      Pros

      Open PTO, snacks, pay, camaraderie, company funded ORCA passes, fun corporate activities as well as departmental activities

      Cons

      No 401K match and little to no career advancement assistance. A little heavy on the VP front; consider investing in internal career advancement training.

      Pros

      It is a good location. The work force is mostly young and very open-minded. The company is very supportive of alternative transportation for its employees including being very accomodating for buses and vanpools.

      Cons

      The ability of management to make a plan, support it, and flow it down to the various departments is poor. To hire people and then lay them off a month later before they are given a chance to prove themselves is bizarre and indicates and extreme level of short-sightedness
