Pros

Interesting product with a lot of cool different projects that are being worked on. Company Culture is awesome and mostly everyone is very friendly and inviting. Work-life balance is great, managers understand as long as you communicate yourself well.

Cons

Volatile stock price, and other financial factors sometimes makes head count volatile as well.

Pros

Very flexible work life balance. I usually don't go in to the office and work from home.

Cons

Pay compensation is not great and despite having done very well in the last year I was refused any increase in pay. It is hard to know for sure since I have not had tones of experience elsewhere, but I feel like it is a poorly managed company given the fact that a lot of people are managed and have work delighted by people that are not trained managers.
