      Great benefits and culture in most departments

      Cons

      A lot of change and power struggles in senior management, impacting employee direction/focus and productivity. Need to be more decisive with top-level decisions to really be successful.

      Benefits and flexible time-off. Healthcare industry recognition.

      Cons

      Chaos all around with the new management taking over. Lot of re-orgs and changes that don't make sense. Every mid-to-senior level management auditioning for their job and in CYA mode.
