      Good company with no directions for its product line

      Great people, competitive compensation, free food(though its getting scarer )

      Cons

      No direction, not coming up with new product line, new management focus more on numbers than development.

      Growing pain affect performance

      Fast paced, working in a growing industry Work with committed team members

      Cons

      Lots of churn within the company, leading to lost knowledge and continuity Development process did not leave time or room for ensuring product meet customer needs Politics and jockeying for position trumped teamwork

      No culture to promote people from inside

      Pros

      Great knowledgeable people, good product, you'll never feel boredom, 9 to 5 culture.

      Cons

      Bad management, poor leadership, no HR practices, poor benefits, reward-less culture - can get easily frustrated for folks who are passionate about what they do, and taking many initiatives to get recognition. Management is not capable of even distinguishing between such people - no annual review process in place either.
