Pros

Nice work life balance. Ton of free food and discounted snacks. Employees are very knowledgeable about the industry. Free gym and parking.

Cons

All you hear about is culture... what culture? Management is trying its hardest to break any culture there was. People are nice but you have to break all the cliques they have established, even the face of the company, HR! They would rather hire outside then promote within. Not a good look.

Thank you for your feedback. We really do encourage work-life balance for our employees. We are sorry to hear about your feedback regarding the culture we have worked hard to foster and maintain. We also take a lot of pride in the fact that we promote and transfer many internally qualified employees each year, and feel strongly that this creates a lot of growth opportunity from within. Please stop by anytime if you wish to discuss this further. Kelliann McCabe Chief People Officer

Pros

This company has an incredible social culture! Tons of food; free breakfast on Mondays and free lunch on Fridays. Summer outing for employees and their families, year-round team sports like softball, basketball, volleyball and a morning golf league. Yoga Thursdays, trail walking the minuteman path during lunch and there’s also a group of employees that run in the morning. So when you add it all up…food + fitness + friends =)

Cons

The company was indeed acquired by a private equity firm in 2016. As with any acquisition there was a period of transition. However, the uncertainty has settled and it is still a work hard, play hard environment. Employees have been empowered to not to only maintain the culture, but to add to the fun inside and outside of the office.

Pros

Awesome co-workers Solid product and install base used to be a dream now it's a nightmare

Cons

Thoma Bravo acquisition completely destroyed a wonderful diamond in the rough. It's all about profitability and the bottom line. The CEOs only clear vision seems to be systematically laying off good talent. The morale has gone from passionate dedication from employees across departments to constant fear of losing your job. Almost everyone that made this company pulse is gone or on their way out. They are starting to write fake Glassdoor reviews which are obviously not authentic.
