Great flexible time off, not listed as "unlimited" but feels like it

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy and changes take a long time. Not many exciting perks. Lack of consistency and communication.

The benefits and pay are relatively fair, workload (on my team) is very light.

Cons

Lack of transparency and clarity as Imprivata is acquiring my original company - no idea what we are doing, what the growth path is, etc.
