Pros

They have a great process in place that give you the ability to work efficiently and effectively

Cons

The opportunities to hit your bonuses will depend on the luck of your accounts which is unfortunate because you dont really have control and it's not clear how the accounts are distributed. Some people will have better account and have a greater likelihood of hitting their bonuses
