      Fabulous workplace, filled with people you simply need in your life

      Pros

      I don't know why, but Imprivata has ALWAYS attracted a different type of employee... They aren't just employees, they are like a second family. And the best example I can give is the return rate of ex-employees. Of course people leave in search of new opportunities, but the number that return is very high. I love it.

      Cons

      Covid created a very open work-from-home opportunity for all employees, no matter the company. One con would be not having everyone in the office 5 days a week. It is something I miss dearly from pre-covid.

      Pros

      Generally speaking, fellow Imprivata employees all had positive attitudes and genuine desire to get things done.

      Cons

      At the time, we were a newly acquired organization. The cultural shift was abrupt and some of the reorg didn't make sense.

      - Cares about employees - Extremely customer focused - Wide array of mission critical solutions - Good career advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Company has grown substantially through acquisitions so there are still some silos/inconsistencies in how it operates. These are to be expected and are improving with continued focus.
