VP throwing a hissy fit and a laptop in my direction. Unbelievable and still there, eating the contents of the fridge.

I got hired there on a technical support advisor job after having presented a complete and honest CV and having passed a bunch of technical tests. They put me next to this bloke who appeared to get displeased and angry at whatever I said, until we went in a meeting and I found out that they had sacked another about 5 people in probation for no clear reason. About three weeks later, the bloke next to me got really happy when he was told by the manager via their internal chat tool that I was going to get fired in about two weeks, but they just needed to wait it out. He was right next to me and quite vocal, happy and open about it. Obiously, I lost my job a bit later, on account that I did not have enough experience to do the job ( experience I never claimed to have!! ). They do indeed appear to have a bro culture and their whole vibe appears to be - brilliant but evil. I was only there for a month but it looked to me like they did whatever they wanted. It is one of those companies that is really wealthy but not worth any talent or hard work, on account of their lack of culture and ethics.
