      Pros

      There is a genuine interest in keeping the culture lively and interactive. Regularly provided food and beverage. Plenty of communication for senior management. The work life balance is solid. The open door policy is in full effect and you never have to be concerned about going directly to the source to get things done.

      Cons

      Need more regularly defined training. A training calendar would be a good place to start.
