We've built the business by interacting with consumers in their home communities, something we believe they value (over 45,000 jobs sold helps us be confident in this). As you likely know, our name "Improveit" doesn't really have anything to do with the home "improvement" services we provide; instead it's related to our culture of continuous improvement. We utilize advancements in training, coaching, technology, management tactics, communications and much more on an ongoing basis to ensure we are all reaching our fullest potential.
