IHR is a breathe of fresh air. I was at a company that wanted to win but was incredibly chaotic. Leaders all pulling in different directions. IHR has an intense focus on winning and serving their customers. They also have the quality of leadership and top down direction that allows highly capable leaders to pull together and achieve big goals! Personally I heard from day one about IHR wanting their employees to better themselves and 'Improveit' and they lived up to their promises and supported me as I switched departments.

Cons

Health Care. Really slow during the off season (fall and winter). Extra projects are not planned out for teams and individuals, so there are long stretches of the day with nothing to do.
