Pros

Strong pay plan, and absolutely amazing, state of the art introductory training. They offer a high quality product and warranty to consumers.

Cons

The initial training was fantastic. However, after that the experience was downhill. the ongoing development training (RDT they call it) was non-existent and was constantly cancelled or rescheduled on me during a very vital time were you have to fulfill a quota within your first 3 weeks in the field or you are fired. I feel like if I had received my RDT and more ridealongs and support from my managers that I would still be with the company and thriving. I poured my heart, soul, and time into this company and did everything possible to make this work to provide for my family and I did not get the same effort applied to me from the company when asking for help, or to complete my RDT with them during my first 3 weeks in the field. I felt failed by this company because of what was mentioned above. There seemed to be a lot of tension, stress, and frustration in the office. There were recent management changes in the office, and seemed like there were a lot of moving parts for them to handle and because of this I was put on the back burner. They also seemed to be severely understaffed. It is a shame, I did so much research on this company before applying and I thought I landed at the right spot and was looking forward to a long career here. I think other offices or locations may work out better for others. But I guess I got unlucky and entered at a time of instability. I felt treated more like a number and not like a employee or family member like they promised. Ended up really getting the "churn and burn" feeling out of this company. Constantly bringing in large training groups, for only a few to work out in short term, and a very small percentage to work out long term. I truly don't think my experience reflects the type of company that they are, and striving to be. I think it was my specific office, and the management there had to much going on at once to put in any effort to help me grow and continue to learn. I asked many times for assistance, advice, and to go over the RDT training but it kept getting pushed aside. I don't want to bash the company because I would love to still be there but wanted to share my experience to protect others from a potentially negative experience. They lost a selfless, and highly coachable employee, I am disappointed. But if this office can gain some stability, and be able to find time to develop their trainees I think it would be a good opportunity for some. I have even more to share if the company has interest in listening.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words about our training and products. We’re deeply sorry to hear that after your initial training, you didn’t feel the continued support you needed and deserved. Your feedback around RDT, ride-alongs, and ongoing development is extremely important to us, and we take it very seriously. At Improveit, we are always striving to get better, and the best way we can do that is by listening and learning from the people who’ve been part of our team. Our Executive Director of Sales would truly value the chance to speak with you directly, not only to better understand your experience but also to use your perspective to strengthen how we support and develop future reps. If you’re open to connecting, we encourage you to reach out through the same channels you used during your time here. We would welcome the opportunity to listen and learn from you. We’re grateful for the effort you put into your role and for sharing your perspective so openly in your review. Feedback like yours helps us strengthen our culture, our training, and ultimately the experience of every future Rhino who joins our team. We look forward to speaking with you soon. With appreciation, Team Improveit
