      Awful Pay, too much stress.

      Pros

      benefits, tuition assistance, responsive manager, and that is about it.

      Cons

      Bad Pay. After you ask for a salary, they recommend you going back to school and they'll give you $3 more an hour after getting your masters. Yea ok. The stress is unbelievable.

      Great job, especially for a first job out of college. Managers were wonderful, corporate culture was great, great benefits

      Lots of travel required, not much room for in-company promotions

      Great First Job, Potentially Limited Growth Opportunities

      Pros

      -Great work/life balance -Amazing PTO and compensation package -Many opportunities to get your feet wet on real projects -Leadership will make every effort to keep all employees on board. There is very low turnover because of this -The company events including holiday party, picnic, and BBQ at the CEO's house are all alot of fun!

      Cons

      -There are very few middle managers, which means growth opportunities are quite limited. The culture varies wildly depending on the office location (Fairfax, Columbia, Syracuse, etc). -Outdated technology. The higher-ups have a very specific approach of completing projects, and no other methodologies will be applied. Don't expect to be using AGILE at this company (pro or con depending on how you look at it).
