Pros

Pay and the opportunity to meet some great people.

Cons

Your whole experience is based on the managers being able to handle multiple things at once. A lot of the time managers fold when they head to busier stores and show that they're not ready to be a manager. The skill an associate has at a certain level is dependent on opinions usually and this leaves many associates being the same level, but not close to the same skill level.
