Pros

In-n-Out offers competitive pay and great flexibility, This is a great place to work as a student. Its a fast paced environment so the shifts move quickly.

Cons

Not a whole lot of cons, the only thing I would say is they have changed there policy on full time employment for non-management and its is near impossible now to earn the great full time benefits I enjoyed.

Pros

The pay is competitive, and they are very flexible about your availability. You work a lot with all the associates so you tend to get close with everyone. The successful operation of the store relies on communication and team which makes everyone feel essential. There is also many opportunities to move up to management if you want it.

Cons

You work a lot of late hours and we're very popular so it's always busy which can get very stressful.

Great environment, always trying to be upbeat despite working hard. Very flexible schedule, somebody can usually cover your shift if something comes up.

Cons

not many cons other than sometimes having to work with upset customers or snarky coworkers, but those are very rare
